Is there really a 30-day free trial? +
Yes. All plans start with a full 30-day free trial. You're only charged when the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.
Is pricing per employee or per salon? +
Pricing is per employee, per month. A salon with 3 employees on the Pro plan would pay 3 × 199 DKK = 597 DKK/month (excl. VAT). This scales fairly whether you're solo or running a team.
Can I switch or cancel my plan anytime? +
Absolutely. There are no binding contracts. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — we prorate so you're charged fairly. Cancel with one click, no questions asked.
How does payment processing work? +
Clients pay securely in-app (card, MobilePay). Glamora charges 2.5% + 3 DKK per transaction. Stripe sends the rest to your bank account once a week, on Mondays. If a paid booking is refunded, the fee isn't returned. No setup fees.
How long does setup take? +
Most providers are live within 10 minutes. Add your services, set your availability, upload a photo — and your profile goes live immediately on the Glamora app. Business plan customers get hands-on onboarding support.
Can I import my existing client data? +
Yes. You can import clients via CSV file. If you're coming from another booking system, our support team can help migrate your data for free.
Is Glamora GDPR compliant? +
Fully. Glamora is built to comply with GDPR. Client data is stored securely on European servers. You control your data — and your clients can request deletion at any time.
Is support in Danish? +
Yes — our support team is Danish-speaking and available via chat and email. Business plan customers get a dedicated Danish-speaking account manager.
